Ramesses II (reign. c 1279-1212)

Ramesses the Great, was the third king of the 19th Dynasty of Egypt.  He was a most powerful of his era, controlling the power of the once great Egypt.  He was like many other pharaohs strike fear in his enemies and building the Egyptian rule past its border through the soils of war.
